According to the requirements of system Webmoney Transfer to exchangers cannot process exchange operations, topup or withdraw of title characters Webmoney in favor of third parties.

In other words exchanged, enter or withdraw Webmoney client can only their details. 

To verify that the data entered by the customer, the service uses automated interface X19. If you get a message that the specified data do not match the data in the certificate, please check the correct information is entered in the fields in the exchange, buy or sell of title characters Webmoney.

If you make an exchange between Webmoney and other payment systems like RBK Money, Qiwi advance take care of link account in such systems through Service of linking accounts.

Minimum requirements for topup or withdrawal Webmoney:

— have a formal certificate (uploaded and verified documents at the center of certification Webmoney) or above;

— registration period in Webmoney Transfer at least 7 days.
